Ringing in 2011

Happy New Year!!

We have this fun NYE tradition with some great friends that consists of a time capsule of resolutions. This was the 3rd year we sealed up an envelope with things we wanted to accomplish! It was great looking back that the 9 things for 2009 & 10 things for 2010 we all wanted to do. I must say there wasn't much of a difference in the past 2 years for me, both lists had to be cancer free, debt free, and in good shape. All of which made my 2011 list again, I'm so predictable.

We had a wonderful time as always!! We had these amazing honey lime enchiladas for dinner and lots of tasty muchies. The babies went to sleep (B did eventually) and we were able to ring in the new year, quite hectically I might add.  We lost track of time and literally had 2 minutes to get the ball dropping in New York on the internet feed on the tv & pour 4 glasses of champagne! We managed to pour the last glass a few seconds after the clock turned 12:00!  We will definitely be laughing about that for a while

Last picture of me & B in 2010!! Happy New Year!

Rushing to pour champagne while attempting to watch the ball droP!

Slurping up the bubbles!

Overall I mist say 2010 was a roller-coaster, one that takes your breath away over and over.

From learning we were expecting January and welcoming our beautiful baby girl into the world in September, to being 1 year cancer free and celebrating our 2 year anniversary, to the sadness of loosing 2 of my grandparents in a 2 week time-span. Yup, 2010 was breathtaking.

Not sure if 2010 can be topped! But I do know we are so blessed to have so many wonderful people in our lives and can only pray that they will continue to be in 2011.

Your New Years was rocking compared to ours. I think I was in bed at 9:30.
