Please Pray

My good friend Sarah has been keeping us updated on her Stepfather Ted, she posted this blog Sunday:
This morning at 5am my step dad was taken to the ER. He was not able to breathe and his blood pressure was dangerously low. They found that he was building up fluid around his heart. Since then they have taken 800cc's of fluid off of his heart. A normal heart only has 10cc's of fluid. The DR told my mom if they had been an hour later he wouldn't have made it. We also have found out that he does have lung cancer. However they can not deal with that issue until they figure out what is going on with his heart. He is in ICU in Roanoke. Please just keep my family in your prayers.

She has let us know that Ted had surgery on his heart and is recovering from that.He has been diagnosed with stage 3 lung cancer. They are awaiting the results from the MRI to see if the cancer has spread to his brain. Please keep Ted and his family and friends in your prayers. Sarah, Travis, and their almost 2 year old daughter Kaelynn, flew to VA from CO to be there with him and Sarah's mom. Travis just went through surgery himself. Please keep them all in your prayers as well.
