VA or bust

I think I am becoming famous for these....posts that I saved and never actually posted. That darn Blackberry!! Anywho...

We have been fortunate to have an extended trip to Roanoke. We have been able to see ALMOST everyone that we had the urge to see. Luckily enough we were able to spend some much needed time with family and friends. We did a lot of running around to see everyone in the evenings since everyone worked during the day. Mack did take a day off cause she loves me that much :o) (hursday we met up with Aundi amd Wes for some Mcados!!!OOOhhhh was that tasty!! We had a blast! We did some plorin' around some places in VA as well since Nick had some potential job opprotunities. We had a bit of a stressful week and it was written all over my face. After all is said and done, we love living in Louisville and we have so many opprotunities here, the only thing VA has to offer is the closeness of our beloved family and friends. After a pretty stressful week we needed a night out! Friday Nick and I went our seperate ways...he went to Annie Moore's with the boys and the gals headed to Martin's. I know it is sad that I go there almost every time we are in town, but I really love those Jason Martin Specials!! Here are a few pics!...

On Saturday Mom and Pop G made Chicken Pot Pie!! YUUUMMMM!! Bobbie, Corey, and Reagan came over for dinner and we taught them to play progressive gin and got Bobbie addicted to Canasta. Yes, Nick and I are now an old married couple who are obsessed with cards. Bobbie liked Canasta so much she wanted another game on Sunday! We had so much fun with them!! Corey and Nick are planning an extravagent hike as well as I am praying for a backpacking journey of a lifetime :o)

We look forward to visiting more and hopefully some visits to Louisville!
