Shutterbug....

Some of you may or may not know this but I am obsessed with taking pictures! (no way you knew that right?!) I was really into photography when I was in HS. I mostly worked with 35mm film and nature. For one reason or another ::cough ex b/f cough:: I put my camera down. Well I am happy to say that I have had the chance to pic it back up. Not in a way that I was entirely comfortable with...Portraits. Mallorey and Randy asked me to do their engagement pictures! Luckily it was on the 2nd of November and the day was just perfect! The leaves were at their peak and provided a magnificent backdrop in Cherokee Park!

Things started out a bit shaky. I didn't want to put them in unnatural poses. So i told them to just do what was natural and pose wherever they wanted. Trying to break the ice. After looking over the pics I realized that I needed to take a bit more charge and look for the areas of the park that were going to work best for poses, lighting, etc. There are some formal, playful, goofy, and just having fun shots!! I hope they are as happy as I am with the photographs! The love that they have for each other just pours out in the pictures! I cannot wait for their wedding!!!
