The big M

I think I finally have enough energy to blog at this point.

As you all know we did it. We made the move. U-Haul and all. We headed to VA Thursday after work oh a whim. We packed some on Friday and I met my sister for lunch & surprised Mack. Pope came over for a bit to help Nick out with some stuff, so it was good to see him! Friday night was so awesome! We really have some of the most awesome friends & family anyone could ask for!! We met up w/ Corey, Bobbie, Leigh-Ann, Daniel, Matt, Dawn & one of Bobbie's friends Bree for din din at BW3's! YUMMO! Then we headed to Fork in the Alley to meet up Mack, Heather & James!! I was so excited to listen to Bebop Hoedown! It was such a blast!!! I am still waiting on pictures from miss Heather!

Needless to say we drank a bit too much & the move Saturday morning started out a bit rocky. The U-haul company sent Nick all the way to Moneta to pick the truck up. Good thing we got a SWEET discount! I had packed a lot of stuff up before I moved here & on that Friday. Thankfully Mom & Pop G as well as Corey & Bobbie came over to help out! It was such a huge help!!! Thanks again! We got most everything done on Saturday and on Sunday we just had some cleaning to do. We BBQ'd at Mom & Pop G's on Sunday & then headed home.

A week later....we got pretty much everything moved in to the apartment & unpacked! YAY US! Really the only thing left to FULLY organize is our master closet & boy oh boy that will be a chore. It is so weird to be able to vacuum the entire apartment except our room w/ out having to unplug & replug it up. So weird. Yesterday we enjoyed the pool a bit. That was nice but not nearly as fun as Mom & Pop G's! We can't wait for everyone to see the apartment!!! Hopefully Gayenelle, Chuck, Corey, Bobbie, & Reagan will be coming up for the 4th of July! Well I gotta get back to work! Hope everyone has a wonderful week!!!! XoXo
