Funkadilly

Man oh man I am in a funk today. I don't know if it is just because I am homesick or if it is the stress. I promised the house to our friend Michaela, she is going to do the rent to own option. Well our realtor called and said there was a verbal offer. We did a verbal counter. We let Michaela know because she is freaking out because she might now get the house. SHe has every right to, and I would be crushed as well. She now is going to try to get another co-signer. It just feels like everything is up in the air. I cannot wait to see the family & all my friends this weekend. I need a night on the town with everyone like now.
