Clean vs. Dirty

Nick and Iare pretty good about buying non-processed foods and organics that count. I thought I would share 2 of my favorite links on organics, One is 15 foods that are clean and don't need to necessarily be bought organic & then there is the dirty dozen. When we first started switching over this list really helped me out! I guess since my pregnancy I hav ebeen a bit of a slacker so I thought I would revisit it today ;O) Not to mention I saw that the so called organic milk we have been purchasing is ranked as one of the lowest grades so I went back on the search of organic info...and ran across these again & thought I would share!!
