- My first NST 3/14 was an epic fail. Neither baby would cooperate. I then had to wait 1.5 hrs for an ultrasound...since they were short staffed & they were "fitting me in". UGH. Both babies looked great as far as heart rates, cords, placentas, fluids, etc. and my cervix was still long and closed and both babies were breech.
- I had a weekend full of braxton hicks contractions and a few real ones. I was in a lot of pain and not too sure why.
- On Monday 3/18 babies still look great! My blood pressure was elevated at 138/? I was still in a lot of pain. Doc decided to check gallbladder & liver function since the pain was in that area as well as do a 24 hr urine analysis.
- Since my appointment doc called with lab results and let me know that everything looked good there.
- They will not be doing another growth scan on the babies until next Monday or the following...not sure exactly she said 3 weeks to get more accurate reading. Hoping they are growing!
My doc has been on call/out of the office/no available appointments for the past 3 appointments. I am looking forward to actually seeing her tomorrow and getting some questions answered.
