We decided to forgo Thunder Over Louisville this year. It was a bit chilly w/ the 15mph wind plus I am sure it would have been worse on the waterfront, as well as with me being pregnant and all I wasn't looking forward to to hoofing it a million miles to & from the car, the crowds of drunkards, smoke, traffic, or waiting in line for the porta-potties a gazillion times.
Hubby was behind me 100%, plus he was concerned about the baby and all the boom boom of the fireworks, so sweet. So we decided to order in and play a game of Monopoly while watching the show. Needless to say it was better than dealing with all the craziness but it was most definitely not the same! So we will be heading down every year we can from here on out ;O)

Haha!! And going next year with an infant won't be too much fun either!! Especially if it is too hot or too cold.....Hence why we will be using Humana :)
